the latest hearing solutions, a wide range of technologies
and experience in hearing healthcare you can feel good about.
We also offer the value, service and convenience our patients
appreciate.
Dear Patti, Tim & Rachel,
How can I ever thank you enough for restoring quality of life
to my Mother (and myself) through her new Phonak hearing aids.
But far greater than the product you delivered was caring
with which it was delivered.
She talks continually of the wonderful way she was treated
by you. I would add that you created a very safe environment
for her to express her concerns and desires. Having been brushed
aside for the past several years by another provider she just
wanted to give up. She had trusted them for 15 years, “so
they must be right!”
I urged her to seek out other opinions. Her loyalty to them
was at stake, but she agreed. New Creation Hearing Solutions,
Inc was our first and last “other opinion”. What
a blessing your family and staff have become to our lives.
Giving her back the ability to communicate through hearing,
you have given her a priceless gift – to be in relationship
with others! So many things I would share here, but space
limits me.
You have returned a spark to my Mother’s life that at
86 years of age some might pass off as, that’s what
happens when people reach these later years – she’s
failing. You did not take that position with her. You validated
her importance.
With gentle patience, calming her anxiety and concerns anytime
she needs it, you have become angels of mercy to us. Being
her overseer I see on a daily basis the difference you have
made in a very special woman’s life.
Words do not seem sufficient to express my/our appreciation
for your excellence of service and the loving hearts you share
from the fabric of your own lives.
Save some hugs for us; we’ll be stopping by to collect
them.
Gratefully yours,
Jane P.
Patti,
Thank you. You couldn’t have been more thoughtful! Your
expert help in adjusting my hearing aids that I obtained from
another location have changed my perception of hearing aids.
The new tips work better and are more comfortable. It is so
nice to hear what my wife is saying!.
Sincerely,
Russ
Dear Ms. Atchison:
I want to thank you for your time and effort in helping me
choose a hearing aid that fit both my ears and budget. From
the time I first came into your store, you took the time to
explain the procedure and what information you needed, to
find out, exactly what my hearing loss was. From this information
it helped us to choose a hearing aid that would benefit me
the most… All during this time you were both professional
and patient, explaining the various types of hearing aids
that I could use and would fit into my budget. From the time
you took the molds of my ears (and cleaning them at the same
time) you were very kind and understanding to explain each
step of the way, on how they used the molds, and the final
product to insure a good fit that would not hurt my ears later.
Upon receiving the hearing aids, explaining the proper way
of installing them in the ears, cleaning and maintaining them
in the future.
By not getting upset, by me dropping in when I did not have
an appointment, to request an adjustment of the aids, when
you had scheduled customers waiting…
I can not thank you enough for the patient, understanding
and professional care you showed through out the entire process
getting my hearing taken care of. You can count me as a satisfied
customer of your company and I'll recommend you to others
who may need this type of service.
Sincerely,
George
Dear Patti,
First of all let me thank you for making it possible for me
to get my hearing aids by taking our three bulls as part payment.
I didn't realize how badly I needed help until you demonstrated
at our first meeting with your testing equipment what could
be done to improve my hearing. When the hearing aids
were ready, Thelma and I drove the 70 miles to Farmington
to get them. On the drive home it was the first time in years
that we could carry on a normal conversation while riding
in the car. I could even hear her when she faced away from
me. Before the hearing aids, I would have to lean toward her
and she would yell in my ear. How nice it is to be able to
visit the way we used to. Another surprise was the sound of
the tires grinding the rocks as we turned off the pavement
onto the gravel road to the ranch. I hear so many things now
that I had forgotten about.
My sister in Denver got hearing aids several months ago. They
are unsatisfactory and the people who sold them will not refund
the money nor do anything to improve the hearing aids. I was
impressed when you told me if my hearing aids were unsatisfactory
I wouldn't have to pay for them.
Thanks for getting my hearing back for me with the hearing
aids.
Sincerely,
Bob
A letter of Thank You to Patti Atchison:
To admit that I needed help with my hearing was a decision
that took me as least three years to make. The stigma attached
to having something in your ear and the association with perceptions
of "older people" whom I had known with hearing
problems when I was young. Also the problems with hearing
devices that I had over heard from some of the above mentioned
people are what prevented me from actually making the decision
to do something about my problem. In addition, movies, meetings,
personal conversations and especially my grandchildren I knew
that I was missing a big part of my life (I just did not want
to admit the fact). Since hearing is one of the senses given
to most of us, to in part perceive the world of sound around
us, I was not in on part of my life.
Since finally making the decision to do something about hearing
better and exploring other hearing centers I found the one
that offered the best of what I needed, advanced technology
(your ahead of any others that I have visited). Knowledgeable,
friendly assistance in testing and selection, plus a promotion
that was very surprising.
I feel very fortunate to be one of many of you that will be
helped by Patti and her company. To get back in on the sounds
that were going over my head I am now adding back into my
life to complete once again the whole picture of the world,
the full range of sounds!
It is my Pleasure
Sincerely;
Tom
Dear Patti:
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for what you
have done for me. There is a song in one of the Broadway Musicals
that says "Oh What a Beautiful Morning, Oh What a Beautiful
Day, I have a Beautiful Feeling, Everything's going my way."
This is the way I feel since I got my new hearing aids.
The second verse of that song says "All the sounds of
the earth are like music." I now detect sounds that before
were muddled or else I didn't hear them at all. To just hear
paper rattle or birds chirping is thrilling. Another sound
I love is running water. Life has become beautiful again.
It was not hard at all to get used to wearing the aids. They
go in first thing in the morning and come out last thing at
night before going to bed. My husband and I call them my little
jewels because in reality they are more precious than diamonds
or rubies. Isn't it funny that the things that used to be
so important to us are not so much so anymore and things that
we never used to think about at all we took for granted are
the most important things that we possess now. Such it is
with hearing or sight.
Thank you again so much for what you have done for me. I owe
you a BIG ONE. I look forward to seeing you from time to time.
Sincerely,
Ferrell
